1. Definitions and interpretation
These Sport Betting Rules govern use of the Xhjili sportsbook and the contractual relationship between the customer and Xhjili. In these Rules, unless the context requires otherwise: • sportsbook means the market of available bets offered by Xhjili; • player (customer) means an individual who places a bet with Xhjili under these Rules; • contract is the agreement formed when a bet is accepted by Xhjili under the terms of the sportsbook; • bet is the player’s selection, confirmed by funds transfer intended to seal the bet contract; • market is a specific betting offering within the sportsbook on which a bet may be placed; • winning odds are the odds used to determine potential payout; • outcome is the final result of the market at the time the bet is settled.
2. General rules
- 2.1 Rule amendments. Xhjili reserves the right to update these Rules and to add new provisions. Any changes take effect immediately after publication on the Xhjili platform and apply to bets placed after the publication date.
- 2.2 Age restrictions. Persons under the permitted age are prohibited from registering or placing bets. Xhjili may request documentary age verification and may suspend access if verification is not provided.
- 2.3 Personal data security. Xhjili commits to safeguarding customer data and maintaining privacy in accordance with applicable data protection standards. Winnings, payments, and related communications are treated as confidential and are only disclosed as required by law or regulatory authority.
- 2.4 Multiple accounts. Opening more than one customer account is prohibited. If multiple accounts are identified, all but one may be closed and promotional offers may be restricted to the remaining account.
3. Bet acceptance and settlement principles
- 3.1 Bet timing. Bets are accepted on regular market time unless the rules specify otherwise. Live bets may be accepted on events in progress.
- 3.2 Pre-event and live bets. Bets placed before an event start are deemed to reflect the bettor’s absence of knowledge about the event’s outcome. Live bets are accepted during ongoing events where the outcome is not yet determined.
- 3.3 Disputes and corrections window. Any dispute regarding settlement must be raised within 30 days from the end of the event in question.
- 3.4 Changes to sportsbook. Xhjili may alter odds, handicaps, totals, limits, and other terms at any time. Pre-change bets retain the terms applicable at the time of placement.
- 3.5 Stake limits. Minimum and maximum stakes are established per market and may change without prior notice. Xhjili may impose additional restrictions on bet placement, including limiting multiple bets on similar outcomes.
- 3.6 Invalid bets. Bets on markets whose outcomes are already known at the time of placement are invalid and may be refunded. This does not apply to live bets settled before a market outcome is confirmed.
- 3.7 Forfeited or disqualified events. If a match is forfeited or a participant disqualified before completion, markets with already known results will be settled accordingly; remaining markets may be settled at odds of 1.00 where appropriate.
- 3.8 Errors and changes. Xhjili is not responsible for errors in odds or event data caused by customer actions or technical faults. Bets, once accepted, may not be altered or canceled by the bettor. If a genuine error is detected, Xhjili may cancel or adjust affected bets in accordance with a documented error-correction process.
- 3.9 Right to refuse bets and account actions. Xhjili may refuse to accept bets or close accounts without providing reasons where required by these Rules or regulatory obligations.
- 3.10 Football rules reference. Specific football rules apply to football markets and are integrated into these Rules.
- 3.11 Balances. Each customer holds two accounts: a main balance and a bonus balance. Only the main balance may be used for placing bets; bets may not be funded from the bonus balance.
4. Types of bet
- 4.1 Single. A wager on the outcome of a single market. Winnings equal stake multiplied by the market’s odds.
- 4.2 Accumulator. A bet on multiple independent events. All selections must win for the accumulator to pay out. Total odds equal the product of individual odds, rounded to two decimal places; payout equals total odds times the stake.
- 4.3 System. A System bet comprises multiple accumulators sharing a fixed stake. Payout is the sum of winnings from all included accumulators.
- 4.4 Conditional. A chain of standard bets where only the principal bet is funded upfront; subsequent bets are funded from winnings as described. If the principal bet loses, all subsequent bets lose. If funds are insufficient for subsequent bets, those bets are excluded from the slip.
5. Live betting
- 5.1 Live bets. Live bets are accepted on markets whose outcomes are not yet determined, during the event.
- 5.2 Real-time odds. Market odds update continuously; bets placed after selection may reflect current odds and affect potential winnings.
- 5.3 Settlement basis. Live bets are settled on results known immediately after the event concludes. Bets on athletes not participating may be invalid unless otherwise stated.
- 5.4 In-play markets. Bets on markets that become determined during live play are valid and settled accordingly, even if the event is shortened or interrupted.
- 5.5 Claims window. Claims regarding live bets may be submitted within 24 hours of the event’s start.
- 5.6 Interrupted events. If a match is interrupted or not completed within 24 hours, unsettled markets may be voided and settled at 1.00 where outcomes are not unambiguously determined.
6. Bet history and account management
You may review all settled and unsettled bets in the Bet History area of the Xhjili platform. Use the date filters to locate bets from a specific period.
7. Minimum and maximum stake policy
- 7.1 Minimum stake. A published minimum applies per market, in the currency of the bet.
- 7.2 Maximum stake. Per-event maximums are published in the sportsbook and vary by sport and event. Xhjili may impose additional limits or restrictions on betting activity and may restrict multiple bets on the same outcome or related outcomes for a customer or group of customers.
8. Football and core sports rules
- 8.1 Football. Bets on football (soccer) matches are accepted on regular time, including stoppage time. Details include definitions for stoppage time and outcomes when matches go into extra time or penalties, with exceptions specified in market descriptions. If a match ends before official completion and results are not finalized by official sources, bets are typically invalid and settled at 1.00, with explicit exceptions for live bets and combined markets.
- 8.2 Postponed or rescheduled events. If an event starts later than its designated time, or is postponed and not resumed within a defined period, bets may be voided or settled at the applicable outcome as determined by official sources.
- 8.3 First goalscorer rules. Own goals are treated as non-goals for goalscorer bets; substitutions or dismissals before the first goal can affect eligibility. When the first goal is an own goal, bets may be settled according to subsequent scoring events.
9. Outright markets and play-or-pay principle
Outright markets (short- and long-term) remain valid until a definitive result is declared. Under a play-or-pay rule, participants listed in an Outright may remain in play and be deemed settled as losses if they are unable to participate, regardless of reason. Head-to-head markets exclude this rule; if a listed participant is missing, related markets may be voided or settled as specified by the market description.
10. Video Assistant Referee (VAR) and related interventions
Decisions by VAR that conflict with on-field calls can void bets placed between the original incident and the final decision if the odds were not adjusted and the market outcome would be affected. Other markets unaffected by the VAR decision stand as settled. Xhjili reserves the right to reverse prior settlements if a regulatory or official decision changes the outcome before the conclusion of the match.
11. Settlement, rounding, and re-settlements
Odds are displayed with two decimal digits on screen; total odds may involve rounding to a sixth decimal place for calculation, with final winnings truncated to two decimals. The standard maximum time for any post-settlement adjustment is 30 days.
