Overview
The Xhjili Affiliate Program enables compliant partners to promote the Xhjili online gaming platform and to monetize referred players under formal contractual terms. Participation is governed by a binding Affiliate Agreement, the program’s Policies, and applicable law. Tracking technology attributes eligible activity to the correct affiliate, and payments are issued in accordance with the chosen compensation model.
Eligibility and Enrollment
Applicants must be at least 18 years of age and legally authorized to market online gaming services. Entities such as corporations, agencies, and individual publishers may apply. Approval is at the sole discretion of Xhjili and may depend on information provided during registration, compliance checks, and alignment with applicable advertising and gambling regulations. Upon approval, affiliates gain access to the partner portal, tracking tools, and account management resources.
Tracking, Attribution and Reporting
Promotional activity is tracked through unique affiliate identifiers embedded in referral links. The partner dashboard provides real-time data on impressions, clicks, sign-ups, deposits, revenue, and payout history. Data retention covers a minimum of 24 months. In cases of discrepancy, affiliates must submit a request within 30 days of discovery for reconciliation by the Affiliate Management Team.
Commission Structure
The program offers multiple compensation options. Affiliates may select among Revenue Share, CPA, or Hybrid arrangements, subject to contract terms and performance criteria.
- Revenue Share: A tiered percentage of gross revenue generated by referred players, calculated monthly based on activity attributed to the affiliate’s identifiers.
- CPA: A fixed payment for each qualifying new depositor, verified under program rules and excluding fraudulent activity.
- Hybrid: A combination of Revenue Share and CPA within defined compensation caps, as set out in the applicable amendment to the Affiliate Agreement.
Payouts and Financial Terms
Payments are issued on a monthly cycle, provided the affiliate balance meets or exceeds the minimum payout threshold, and subject to retrospective verification. The minimum payout threshold is a fixed amount specified in the Affiliate Agreement. Payouts are made in the affiliate’s chosen currency and by the available payment method, which may include bank transfer, e-wallet, or cryptocurrency where permitted. Processing timelines, withholdings, and tax obligations are described in the Agreement and any applicable payment schedule.
Promotions, Creatives and Marketing Tools
Affiliates receive access to a library of promotional assets, including banners, landing pages, tracking links, and localized creatives. Materials must be used in accordance with brand guidelines and only after proper approval where required. Xhjili reserves the right to update assets or promotional terms with reasonable notice. Localized materials in applicable languages may be provided upon request where available.
Traffic, Compliance and Prohibited Activities
Affiliates must conduct marketing activities in compliance with all applicable laws and platform policies. Prohibited practices include misrepresentation, incentivized or bot-generated traffic, unapproved geotargeting, and any traffic sources that may harm the brand or violate regulatory requirements. Fraud, falsified activity, or irregularities discovered by Xhjili may result in immediate termination of the Affiliate Agreement and withholding or clawback of commissions.
Brand Usage and Protection
Affiliates must adhere to Xhjili brand guidelines when using logos, trademarks, and other brand assets. Any co-branding, white-labeling, or use in campaigns requires prior written authorization. Affiliates shall not imply a guarantee of results or establish an affiliation beyond the contractual relationship.
Data Privacy, Cookies and Security
Xhjili employs cookies and tracking technologies to attribute referrals and to prevent fraud. Affiliates acknowledge data processing in accordance with applicable data protection laws. A separate Cookies or Privacy Policy details data usage, retention, and opt-out options. Data may be shared with regulatory authorities as required by law.
Account Management and Support
Each affiliate is assigned a dedicated account manager who provides onboarding, performance reviews, and strategic guidance. Support is available during standard business hours via email and live chat. For urgent matters such as payout disputes or suspected fraud, escalation procedures are in place to ensure timely resolution.
Term, Termination and Post-Termination Obligations
The Affiliate Agreement remains in effect until terminated in accordance with its terms. Upon termination, earned but unpaid commissions for eligible activity may be paid in accordance with the Contract and any post-termination procedures. Affiliates must discontinue use of Xhjili brand assets within a defined period and may be obligated to remove non-public data related to Xhjili from their systems.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
All agreements governing the Affiliate Program are subject to the governing law specified in the Affiliate Agreement. Disputes shall be resolved through the method set forth therein, with venue and processes defined in the Contract. Each party bears its own costs unless otherwise required by applicable law.
